This L-shaped house was designed to prioritise the connection with the swimming pool while also protecting the living area from the Tramuntana. Large openings unite interior and exterior, ensuring that everyday life is always set against the backdrop of water and garden.

This renovation starts from a historic stone townhouse that had gradually lost part of its character over the years. Original walls had been covered, and spaces had been fragmented by partitions that created small, dark rooms.
